Outa Credit Outa Vic Peters

The Reg Kay-trained Outa Credit has been scratched from the Schweppes Vic Peters Semi-Finals this Saturday due to injury.

The superb youngster first came to attention in his brilliant debut victory at Glebe in 29.76 seconds. Last Saturday night, he suffered a slight setback to a sensational career after being defeated as the 2/5 favourite in a fifth grade event, finishing a credible third. So far he boasts seven wins from nine starts and was set for more success on Saturday night in the third semi of the Vic Peters until injury struck.

Although Outa Credit is now out of contention, Reg Kay, the 2008 Australian Trainer of the Year, still has a chance of Vic Peters victory with his other charge, Kay Size.

One of the best bred entries (Surf Lorian x Queen Size), last Thursday Kay Size won his Classic heat in a speedy 29.89. Reg Kay has high hopes for his second-stringer on the weekend.
